A Place Where Exploration Meets Curiosity

The Settlement offers several rental opportunities for its many facilities and vendor booth or space rentals for events. The Frink Gym is 4,000 square feet and great for conventions, dinners, parties, and reunions. We also have a beautiful beadboard church perfect for a wedding. Our 3,000 square foot Club House is also available and perfect for parties and reunions.

Club House- The Club House has 11 round tables with 6 to 8 chairs at each table. There are two eight-foot-long tables that can be used for food or other items.  The Club House will comfortably seat up to 80 people.

Gymnasium- The Gym has 13 white plastic 8’ long tables and 12 brown wood 8’ long tables. There is a total of 100 inside chairs. The Gym will seat a maximum of 100 to 125 people. 

Church- The Church will seat 80 people.

Call to confirm availability to rent any of the above.  A security deposit is required to reserve the rental. The security deposit can be paid under the on-line store at the below links, in person, by mail, or over the phone.

The below rental agreement forms can be downloaded and completed then the completed form can submitted to the office by email, postal mail, or can be hand delivered.
